Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedure

We take standards for hygiene, cleanliness and prevention very carefully and seriously by taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests during the destination. On a daily basis, our operation team, ground handler and local representative are working to ensure that they meet with the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Sports and also the guidance of hygiene, cleaning and social distancing.

Specific steps we are taking include:

Preventative

Minimize going out into the general population, avoid handshaking and use social distancing (maintain a distance of approximately 1 meter if possible) whenever out in public and among passengers.

We mainly focus on social distinction during our destination, we take private transport when you transfer International Airport to Domestic Airport, between the airport to your accommodations and also when you explore fishing from your accommodation to Jetty.

For your dining, we don’t reuse table linen, avoid group reservation and keep 1 m distance minimum each other. Also, reduce the number of tables to maintain Social Distancing norms and seating for the tables to be reduced to half of capacity.

Tour guide, local representatives and our traveller must use protective equipment including single-use gloves and masks. We will offer protective equipment for you.

Hygiene and Cleaning

Wash and sanitize hands with disinfectant in fixed frequency. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and if soap and water are not available, provide an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

If you are coughing, request the tissues be used to cover your mouth and nose when you are speaking, sneezing and coughing. Then dispose of used tissue and mask safely in a biohazard bag.

On Boat Kitchen

Verify sanitizer concentration for each meal period, clean raw materials thoroughly and wash, rinse and sanitize all food contact surfaces of all equipment.

Safety and Medical Check-Up

The safety of our staff members and the angler we serve is our top priority and we take environmental cleaning and disinfection. Before your adventure trip, we frequent cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas on the boat including furniture and other fixed items to protect from infection.

We follow recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and we also committed our Tour Guide, Ground Handler, Boat Captain and Boat Crew Members have done medical check-up and self-assessment of Covid-19. We ensure that our staff and boat members are protected from Coronavirus and Healthy.
